Coverage & eligibility
ZO warrants new, authentic ZO paddles purchased directly from ZO or an authorized ZO retailer against defects in materials and workmanship. Direct ZO orders are covered for 12 months from the delivery date. Purchases from authorized retailers are covered for 12 months from the date shown on the original receipt. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is not transferable, and requires valid proof of purchase. Products purchased used, from an unauthorized seller, or without verifiable purchase information are not eligible.
What is covered
- Structural or assembly defects present under normal intended use.
- Material separation not caused by impact, heat, moisture, misuse, or modification.
- A component failure attributable to manufacturing.
- An incorrect or missing production component.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear.
- Gradual change in texture, spin, feel, grip, graphics, finish, or edge protection through play.
- Chips, scratches, dents, cracks, or breakage caused by impact or contact with the ground, net post, fence, wall, another paddle, or other object.
- Damage caused by water, excessive heat, freezing conditions, prolonged sunlight, chemicals, or improper storage.
- Misuse, neglect, commercial rental use, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
- Unauthorized repair, sanding, drilling, repainting, added coatings, or structural modification.
- Cosmetic variation that does not affect function.
- Loss, theft, or products purchased from unauthorized or second-hand sellers.
Balls & accessories
Balls, grips, and consumable accessories naturally change through use and are not covered for ordinary performance wear. A defect present on delivery should be reported as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within seven calendar days. This request does not limit rights available under applicable consumer law.

Assessment & resolution
ZO may request additional information or physical inspection. If a claim is approved, ZO may repair the product, replace it with the same model, replace it with a comparable model if the original is unavailable, or provide another remedy required by applicable consumer law.
The remedy will not exceed the original purchase value unless required by law. A replacement does not restart the original warranty period unless local law requires otherwise.
Shipping for a claim
Shipping instructions are provided after preliminary review. Products sent without authorization may not be accepted. If a claim is approved as a covered defect, ZO will cover reasonable standard shipping costs for the authorized return and the repaired or replacement product. If a claim is not covered, any shipping costs will be communicated before further action. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Your statutory rights
This limited warranty is additional to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
