ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Terms govern access to and use of zopickleball.com and purchases from Infiny Trading Limited, trading as ZO. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

PRODUCTS, ORDERS, AND PAYMENT

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, colours, and images accurately. Screen settings, production tolerances, materials, and finishing processes may create reasonable variation. Product specifications, availability, approval status, and pricing may change.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean an order has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a pricing or inventory error, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restriction, legal issue, or misuse of a promotion.

Prices and available currencies are shown at checkout. Taxes, duties, delivery charges, and other fees are added where applicable. You authorise the payment provider to charge the amount confirmed at checkout.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND WARRANTY

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns Policy. Eligible products may also be covered by the ZO Limited Warranty. Those policies form part of these Terms.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with website security; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorised access; impersonate another person; or infringe another person's rights.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The store may rely on or link to services provided by Shopify, payment processors, carriers, social platforms, or other third parties. Their services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

CHANGES AND CONTACT

We may update these Terms as the services or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
